4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
small red onion - thinly sliced
2 medium heirloom tomatoes - diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 fresh clove of garlic - minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbs milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs granulated sugar
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs OKIE BEE FARMS "Creamed Hibiscus Honey"
In a small mixing bowl combine "dressing" ingredients and dried cranberries. Mix until well combined and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine remaining "coleslaw" ingredients; toss well.
Pour dressing over coleslaw. Toss and stir until all fresh ingredients are well covered with dressing.
Let set in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
